You think it is hot here

This is in my front yard. We've had several days of freezing fog. It's not fun, but it makes for some good photos.

My brother the sailor

My Grandfather. I think this is the definitive photo of him. In his element. This was taken about dawn right about 1982 or so. He was hunting deer. I was hunting photos. Turned out that this was his favorite photo of himself, and the folks in control of his funeral had this be his memorial photo. I don't know if he had any input on that, but it's one of the photos that really means something to me.

This is my grandfather and his dog. This was the last time I went hunting with him. I didn't hunt anything but pictures. He was getting old and frail, and I thought I should get some pics.

I posted this one before, but that was a scan from a print. This is from the original negative. My sister says that this is her favorite photo of mine.

My grandfather. I may have posted this earlier, but I just found the original negative and did some restoration work. Good as new.
This is from about 1980. He was hunting on the Oregon border with Idaho. I followed him around and just took pictures.
